Antotnio Picado has dedicated himself to the art of guitar making for over 40 years. After his retirement, the guidance of Picado's workshop, based in Berga, near Barcelona, and its guitar-making traditions was taken over by the legendary Spanish luthier, Angel Genis. He especially devoted himself in building the top range models of Picado's label, which are known to be one of the best representations of Spanish guitar luthiery school.
This guitar is an interpretation of Enrique Garcia guitar from 1922. The instrument was built by Angel Genis with a smaller scale - 630 mm, which makes playing it extremly comfortable. It has a beautiful spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides. Sounds nice and crisp, with a solid foundation in basses. Previous owner used to play it in lower 430/435Hz tuning. The top has just a few signs of use, which I consider a minimal ware with shellac finish. Other than that, the guitar is in perfect shape. Very interesting and enjoyable guitar!

Top nosi jedynie drobne ślady użytkowania, które uważam za minimalne, jak na instrument z wykończeniem w politurze. Poza tym gitara jest w idealnym stanie. Bardzo ciekawa i przyjemna w grze gitara!
