Seiji Inaba learned guitar building from the legendary Sakazo Nakade in the 1940's and founded his independent workshop a decade later. He is one of the most recognized and distinguished guitar makers in Japan, next to Morio Tasaki, Atsushi Nakamura and Noboru Nakayama among others. His instruments are rarely found in Europe, which in addition makes them collector's items, which their owners rarely want to part with. The Spanish virtuoso Narciso Yepes played the 10-string guitar from his workshop for many years.
The presented instrument was build in 2001 and was an award at the international competition in Tokyo. It is a great example of the typical, precise work of a Japanese master luthier. Seemingly simple materials, but of the highest quality, have been put together into a consistent instrument. Additional flavors, such as the inlay on the bridge and the mother of pearl, give it elegance and nobility. The sound of the guitar is soft and precise, as a single spruce top should develop. Strong basses provide a solid foundation for singing trebles, that will enchant any listener. The instrument passed a large service lately: frets and bones have been replaced, and the French polish was refreshed. A treat for true connoisseurs of classical guitar!

Seiji Inaba uczył się lutnictwa u legendarnego Sakazo Nakade w latach 40-tych ubiegłego wieku, a swój samodzielny warsztat założył dekadę później.
